Currently we are serviceable in Jamshedpur City and its selected areas pin codes.
We deliver in selected Locations / Areas of Jamshedpur & Mathura. You can check from up left corner of the application if we deliver in your area.
There is no minimum order value. However, there is a minimum order value to qualify for free delivery. In case you do not reach the limit, a delivery charge will be levied against that order.
You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, you can cancel and reorder the same.
We accept Online Payment through stripe, Paytm, UPI Payments – Phonepe, Gpay etc., You can also Pay on delivery (POD) – COD, UPI only.
Once we receive and inspect your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of return. The refund amount is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account / as Chhipmunks wallet (in case of Pay on Delivery orders).
For POD (Pay on Delivery) Payments related transactions the refund will reflect in the Chhipmunks wallet within 24 hours, or the Customer has the option to get the refund of POD order payment in his/her designated bank account via NEFT (for which the Customer shall have to share the bank details) and in such a case the credit of refund into the designated bank account will take 7-10 working days.
Chipmunks cash is a cashless method of transacting on the Chipmunks Platform. Any refund of POD orders, for amount less than ₹ 1000, will be credited in the form of Chipmunks Cash .This can be used at any point of time for future transactions on Chipmunks app and web. If you would like to transfer your Chipmunks Cash, do raise the Ticket for the same.
To go green While delivering the product at your doorstep, we provide online order receipt. For later, you can also check the same in your past orders on mobile app.
